The thermal CTP plate we produce provides excellent grain and oxide film with good quality Aluminum and advanced substrate processing technics, it ensures the emulsion layer sticks to the substrate very strongly not only, but also the plate have the high run-length and accurate dot re-production ---with the 200lpi resolution, 1%~99% dots are clear and full. The plate can achieve 100,000 impressions without pre-heating and baking.

The high thermal sensitization of our CTP plate made the exposed image very clear and sharp, and cause the range of light-sensitive wavelength is very wide, you can get high quality exposure result between 815nm to 1064nm, the exposure is between 130mj/cm2 to 150mj/cm2, which offers guarantee for high quality printing processes
